Refund & Cancellation Policy

Renn Labs LLC d/b/a Vantage (“Vantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Vantage platform at govantage.ai. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel your subscription to the Vantage service. By subscribing to or purchasing any paid plan on Vantage, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Vantage service for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase date. To be eligible for this guarantee:
- The refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the date your initial subscription payment was processed.
- Refund requests must be sent to support@govantage.ai with the email address associated with your Vantage account.
- The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first subscription payment. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
After the 7-day period has elapsed from your initial purchase date, no refunds will be issued.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Vantage subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@govantage.ai. When you cancel your subscription:
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of that period.
- No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after your cancellation takes effect.
- Upon the expiration of your current billing period, your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or become inactive.
3. Free Trials
If Vantage offers a free trial period for any subscription plan, the following terms apply:
- You will not be charged during the free trial period.
- If you cancel your subscription before the free trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
- If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your payment method on file will be charged at the applicable subscription rate.
- The 7-day money-back guarantee period begins on the date of your first paid charge, not the start of the free trial.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 7-day money-back guarantee, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@govantage.ai with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include the email address associated with your Vantage account.
- Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful for us to improve our service).
Our support team will review your request and respond within two (2) business days. If your request meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, we will initiate the refund promptly.
5. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Once a refund has been initiated, it typically takes five to ten (5-10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
6. Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Refund requests submitted after seven (7) calendar days from the initial purchase date.
- Renewal charges for subsequent billing periods (only the initial subscription payment qualifies for the 7-day money-back guarantee).
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting our support team first. We encourage you to reach out to us at support@govantage.ai before initiating a dispute with your financial institution.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as via email or an in-app notification). Your continued use of Vantage after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
